If you spent a month putting 50 videos and a couple get flagged, resulting in your account getting deleted, you lose everything. If you use one account every 2-3 videos, you won't suffer too much if you lose it. 2) To improve the ranking of your videos, 3 things are important : The # of views, the # of comments, and the rating of your videos. You can easily increase the # of views of your videos, by some auto-refreshing system. And you can easily increase the rating of your videos if you have multiple accounts.
